FocusPal system error & H800041023

I have just recently upgraded by laptop with ram and SSD hard drive. The laptop runs windows 10 pro and I receive the following error when attempting to run FocusPal.exe. The error is "System Error &H800041023(-2147467229). This is the only app does hasn't run since the upgrade. Can anyone help?

I have not heard of this issue before. Did you try to uninstall then re-install FocusPal after the upgrade?

yes, uninstalled and re installed twice and on both occasions same error. I'll now will be looking at the registry for incorrect location DLL's files etc.

I have consulted my IT expert and he checked the error files for any unusual concurrences etc at their premises. No success and no errors reported. It is his opinion it is a software problem.
I recently, that is after the upgrade, had a similar issue with QHY polemaster software for their driver running in windows 10 pro. They were quick to correct the problem with a rewrite of their software driver which has worked perfectly since. Could you do the same as I believe it is a similar problem???
