Hi all,
I need some help. I have a DSUSB2 adapter and a Canon 350D. I installed the DSLR Shutter and the DSLR Check and everything works fine. So I bought Nebulosity 3 software but this is not able to recognize the camera. ALso backyardEOS did not recognize my hardware.
I used XP, Windows8 and tried with a virtual Windows 7 machine. Always ok with dlsr shutter but not with other 2 software. It's a drivers issue?
Anyone else with my problem?

Since the DSUSB2 works with DSLR Shutter, I don't think the problem is at our end. It sounds like the camera driver or something with Nebulosity. Stark Labs should be able to help you with this. They have several help options as shown at:
