Will the 8pin cord work with a Nikon 3200?

Since the Nikon D3200 uses the Nikon MC-DC2 remote, it should be compatible with the Shoestring Astronomy DSUSB shutter controller and DSCBL-15 8-pin adapter cable.

This is an old thread but you can check this site.

http://www.otelescope.com/index.php?/st ... d_bookmark

The D3000 series like 3000, 3100, 3200, 3300 are not usable with BackYardNikon. Nikon never released SDK's for them.

Other cameras not supported are D50, D40x, D60, and D70.

Check the support forum for any other's.
