Just received my DSUSB with 4 pin connector for my Nikon D80.
Windows installed DSUSB ok on insertion.
DSUSBCheck connects fine, adapter found, Assert / open shutter/ close shutter/ Deassert will take a long exposure picture.
However starting DSLR shutter gives a box saying unable to find Shoestring DSUSB and asks for Serial/Parrell port.
I have uninstalled DSLR Shutter reinstalled No change.
Cannot find help on this in your FAQ or on DSLR shutter site
Any sugestions?

Re: DSLR Shutter unable to find DSUSB
Usually if DSUSBCheck works, then other software will have no trouble, so this is an odd case. I'm not sure what it might be, but here are some things you might try:
1) Try a fresh download of DSLR Shutter to make sure you have the latest version.
2) Try other USB ports on your computer.
3) Try a different computer.
