I have not used the DSUSB with Eclipse Orchestrator, but the DSUSB is not a serial port device. From the Shutter Cable Configuration screen shown at:

I am guessing you need to select the DSUSB instead of Serial Port.

We have had many people successfully use the DSUSB with EO, I've got to believe some of them are on Win 10.

I am using DSUSB in Eclipse Orchestrator 3.7 with Windows 10 without any problems.

As Doug repied, In the Eclipse Orchestrator hardware configuration menu for the Use Serial Cable configuration, you have to select DSUSB.

I also found that I had to set the triggering pulse length down to 6 ms to avoid double triggering with my EOS 7D. EO documentation suggested 50.

Good luck with EO.

Clear Skies!
