Connect tak em 11 Temma 2m to st-i

Hi - Takahashi supplies an autoguider cable with the em 11 Temma 2m. I need to connect the cable which has a Rj12 type jack to my Sbig ST-i. Do I need an adapter to interface with the ST-i? Tak does not give a pin out diagram for the supplied cable so am a bit confused. Thanks for any advice.
