Digital Signature error with ftdichip vitrual com

When installing the USB2EQ6 in windows 7 64 bit I got a digital signature verification error, and was unable to connect to the mount as a result. I am able to connect when I boot to a test mood or by disable signature verification on boot by pressing f8. Has anyone else had this same issue before?
Interesting enough I loaded same drivers onto a windows xp 32 bit system and had no issues connecting to mount.

I've not heard of any problems like this yet. A couple of things to try:

1) Make sure you have the latest driver from http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm
2) Install as Administrator

Doug, both were done. It's seems to be a error in the signature which is causing issue.
The laptop needed to be formatted and rebuild anyway. I used this as an excuse and even had same issue after re-installation of all software.
Hoping periodic checking of updated drivers will eventually fix the issue.
Works like a charm on 32 bit system and when booting to bi passing signatures on 64 bit.
This may be the workable solution for some who get the same error, at least for now.

After doing a little more research and dabbling, I have found a solution.
I was able to download a Driver Signature enforcement override program, which allowed me to sign the system file myself.
Now no issues with connections upon standard boot. This appears to be a viable solution if anyone else gets same errors
