BT2EQ6 Setup Problems

Post by alex5037 » Tue Aug 27, 2013 2:42 pm

Hello, I recently purchased a BT2EQ6 but have misplaced any instructions that came with the hardware. I'm having problems connecting via bluetooth to the BT2EQ6 using a windows 8 pro laptop. Are their any instructions for this device? Do I need to load any drivers? Is there a passcode? Do I need a specific data rate?

I've tried EQDIRCheck without much success. The programs hangs when I supply it a port number and never connects to the BT2EQ6.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you,
Alex

Alex,

Apologies for the slow reply, I just returned from business travel. I see you have successfully solved your problem through the EQMOD Yahoo group. If there is anything else I can do to help, please let me know.

From the diode check results, it sounds like the GPUSB is working fine. The 2.5V may be because of resistance in the cable and/or a marginal connection.
