Post by Uhwaz » Sun Jun 20, 2010 6:22 pm

Would u mind to tell me detailed pinout of your DB9 connector please ? ( http://www.store.shoestringastronomy.co ... qcbl01.jpg )
http://www.store.shoestringastronomy.com/EQCBL01.pdf this one is nice but dunno which one is what :)
i mean which one is Dec+ Dec- RA+ RA- ground etc same as u did it in this post http://www.store.shoestringastronomy.co ... cables.pdf
bought from your store GPUSB but no luck with pointing telescope thru stellarium scope with it only says: your mount is unable to enable slew / sync command ( installed eqmod and ascom and drivers for GPUSB aswell )

i am using exactly same motors and controller as in this post http://www.store.shoestringastronomy.com/eq_mod.pdf

Marian,

The EQDIR module establishes a serial data link between your PC and your mount. The pinout for the mount side of the EQDIR is:
pin 1 - +12V from mount
pin 4 - Ground
pin 5 - Ground
pin 6 - Data out to mount
pin 8 - +12V from mount
pin 9 - Data in from mount
pins 2, 3, and 7 are not connected
