It actually is a pdf, compressed. The board server would not accept a bare pdf, so I compressed it with winrar, http://www.rarlab.com/.

This should be very easy to modify. Using an RJ12 connector and the pin numbering shown on page 2 of http://store.shoestringastronomy.com/do ... idance.pdf, wire as follows:
Pin 2 (ground) to the ground node of the Powerguide.
Pin 3 (RA+) to S4 (East) switch
Pin 4 (Dec+) to S2 (North) switch
Pin 5 (Dec-) to S5 (South) switch
Pin 6 (RA-) to S3 (West) switch
