My GPUSB failed last night. I got and error message saying the USB port the GPUSB was connected to had seen a power surge. I then smelt the oder that indicates I had let the smoke out of the GPUSB. Can I get my GPUSB repaired?

We will repair GPUSBs for $15 plus our standard shipping charge. If you are in the US, that would be $5.

I have a GPUSB that stopped working and would like to get it repaired if possible. What are the steps that need to be followed to make this happen? Things like shipping address, payment form, and such.
