Have focuspal and ascom drivers installed. Works ok except with new keyboards software is installed. Logitech g510s gaming keyboard (for backlit keys). When sw installed. Focuspal doesn't fully start and program freezes. Win xp fp3 shoestring focus driver and hardware. Relocating usb ports doesn't help.
Anyone know how to troubleshoot the port its on to maybe reconfigure.

This is the first time I have heard of this issue. Unfortunately I don't see an easy way to try and solve the problem except for not using those two devices together.

Upgraded to win 7 pro 64. Seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks.
