Here is my setup and I haven't been able to get it working yet. Any ideas?

Re: Meade #1244 and FCUSB
Brock,
I apologize, somehow I missed your post.
From this description of the Meade 1244:

I see that it is not directly compatible with the FCUSB.

I have a Meade 2044 electronic focus to get it to work, you need to remove the pcb from the motor gear assembly. Your only going to use the red and black wire from the motor. Get a 3.5mm two wire phono cable. Solder the red wire from the motor to the possitive cable wire, black wire from motor to the black wire on the cable, plug into the FCUSB box fire up focus pal and it works.
I use this on my C8 works very well and cost $35.00. My entire telescope set up works from in my home one cable through the door, AVX mount, focus, guideing, DSLR camera and Celestron Starsense Autoalign works at the scope not inside.
